Support for Communty Service Organizations
I am in search of opportunities to help as many of our local service groups as possible. Santa Will can make personal appearances at your parties, annual meetings, children’s events, or fund raisers. Auction off a Christmas Eve visit or zoom call to a family home! Let Santa announce your next event on social media!
Allow me to contribute to your worthy missions in the way that supports you best.
Educate and encourage
Much more than a toy delivery service, Santa’s primary role is emotional, and he is interested in seeing your child as the special, unique gift they are to this world. Effort and Growth are always noted, with extra encouragement in many important areas, such as: -School and Learning -Working hard and trying -Reading -Kindness and Sharing -Practicing skills like sports, dance, music…
He affirms character. He encourages growth. He gently points the way forward. He emphasizes that Mistakes are how we Grow-No Shame! And he always reinforces Belonging and Safety. A personal visit, a video message, a live zoom-they can all work for your encouragement message!
Video messages
A personal video message from Santa can create a moment of genuine connection that a toy alone cannot provide. Hearing Santa speak directly to a child can make them feel noticed, encouraged, and special, while giving parents a lasting memory they can save and share for years to come. Santa can offer a kind word, recognize a child’s efforts, encourage good choices, or simply bring a little laughter and wonder into their day. The real gift is the feeling the child carries with them long after the video ends.
Zoom calls
Santa visit live on screen! A live Zoom call with Santa gives children something a recorded message cannot—a real conversation where Santa can see them, hear them, and respond to what they say in the moment. Children can tell Santa about themselves, ask questions, share their Christmas wishes, and hear a personal response that makes the experience feel genuine and special. For parents and grandparents, it creates a memorable family moment filled with excitement, laughter, and wonder, while giving children the feeling that Santa took the time to visit just with them. These visits are a LOT of fun!
Live visit with Santa
Santa arrives at your home! A home visit from Santa is more than a visit—it’s a chance to create a family memory that will be talked about for years to come. Santa can read a favorite story, share a North Pole tale, bring a little magic to the room, and even start a playful snowball fight! Every visit is tailored to the family, with personal touches and family traditions woven into the conversation so the experience feels truly their own. A live Santa visit also makes a wonderful auction item for charities and worthy causes, offering families an unforgettable experience while helping raise money for something that matters.
Support for Special Needs
Santa can bring warmth and wonder to children who may find a traditional Santa visit overwhelming, especially in special-needs programs, group homes, schools, and hospitals. He can arrive quietly, speak softly, move at a comfortable pace, and give each child plenty of space and time to respond—never forcing a hug, a photograph, or interaction. His clothing and surroundings can use softer, more subdued colors and avoid unnecessary noise or sudden activity, creating a calmer setting for children who are sensitive to bright colors, sounds, or crowds. The goal is simple: to let every child experience Santa in a way that feels safe, respectful, comfortable, and free from fear.
